3. Local history
If history features are enabled in the app, completed reflections and summaries may be stored locally on your device so you can review them later. You can delete saved history items in the app. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored app data, subject to your device and backup settings.

The app may allow API configuration or may use a configured AI provider to deliver AI functionality. API tokens, when stored by the app, are intended to be kept securely on the device where possible. Do not share your API token with others.
5. Diagnostics and app operations
